Welcome to Pole Essentials 101! This class offers you the basic essentials of beginning a healthy obsession with pole dancing! This class will cover a variety of pole spins, spin combinations, several sequences, as well as some simple sexy transition moves, floor work moves, and a floorwork routine for you to take home with you!

• If you've tried pole dancing before, you can still enjoy this class! Brush up on moves you already know while gaining strenght, and stamina. Who knows, you could possibly even learn some new moves to add to your repertoire.

• New to the art of pole dancing? This class was designed with you in mind as well! Unsure if pole dancing is for you? Why not!?! Pole dancing can be fun, and beneficial to women of all shapes, sizes, and ages! Whether you want to pole dance for a thorough workout, for the fun, sensuality, female camaraderie, or self empowerment. There are many good reasons! Come try it out!

Wednesday Evening class will run from 6:30 - 8pm

Online Reservation is FREE. Payments will be accepted in the studio at class time, or by phone to reserve in advance.

If you reserve a spot, and for some reason cannot attend, please notify us ASAP, so we can make that spot available, as space is limited to 10 students to ensure everyone gets their own pole for the duration of the class
